Country style home sleeps 12+ with 5 bunk-beds (2 full over full in one room, 3 twin over full in the other) 3rd room has single full bed, and the sectional has a sleeper sofa. Guests may charge up to 10 boats, have full use of kitchen, washer / dryer and Direct TV. Be sure to explore around the pond and trails on 7.59 acres. Located just minutes from Cassells Boykin Park and Jackson Hill Park. No pets or smoking in the house, please.

$275 per night or $1600 per week. Rates are all-inclusive of taxes and cleaning fees.

Lake Sam Rayburn Fishing Report from TPWD (Jun. 21)

Water stained; 74–78 degrees; 0.16’ high. Black bass are good on white spinnerbaits and dark soft plastic worms. White bass are fair on silver and gold spoons. Crappie are good on minnows and pink tube jigs over baited holes in 20–25 feet. Bream are slow. Catfish are very good on trotlines baited with liver and cut bait.
