OFF PEAK...Oct.-Feb. $150 per night (2 night min) $500 per weekend (2 nights), $1,100 per week (6 nights - 7 days). $75 cleaning fee, $500 security deposit due upon booking. 50% of rent due 30 days in advance and remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
