    Located in East Texas this property is on the Angelina River just minutes from Sam Rayburn Dam and Lake Sam Rayburn as well as public boat launch and Umphrey Family Pavilion.

    This area has horseback riding, lake beaches and great restaurants. This Cabin sleeps 4 with 1 Full Bathroom, full kitchen and a screened in porch where you can spend your evening relaxing after a long day of activities.

    Large parking space to park your boat and trailer while you charge the batteries each night. Contact me directly we are booking up quickly.

    Holidays: Thursday - Sunday. 4 days 3 nights $375 including tax.

    Non Holidays: 2 night minimum Friday - Sunday $230 for 3 days 2 nights.

    Week nights: Tuesday - Thursday $110 per night.

    All prices include tax.
    No Monday Stays.

    Fishing Report from TPWD (Aug. 10)

    FAIR. Water stained; 89 degrees; 4.06 feet low. Fishing patterns are holding steady. Largemouth bass are good early in the morning with topwater frogs along grass ledges, and off point and drops with Carolina rigs and crankbaits. White bass are good schooling on the flats chasing shad. Crappie are fair on brush piles with live minnows. Bluegill are mixed in with the crappie biting on worms. Catfish are in creek channels off ledges and brush piles in 15 feet of water. Navigate with caution while the water level decreases. Report by Lynn Atkinson, Reel Um N Guide Service.
