A couple of Lindale High School junior students are reeling in big cash money with their fishing rods. "I like figuring out what they are biting out on the lake," Reece Martin, Lindale High junior says. "I like trying new baits and seeing what they are eating."

Reece Martin and Mark Harris each won $10,000 at the Texas High School Bass Association State Championship at Lake Sam Rayburn over the weekend.

White Oak High School won the state title as a team. Their three teams caught over 89 pounds of fish in the tournament.

The Texas High School Bass Association awarded over $400,000 in scholarships and prizes to students this past season.
