Congratulations to Derek Mundy and James Robert Mathews for bringing in the heaviest bag of fish and taking home the win with an impressive 5 fish stringer of 28.35 lbs. Derek and James Robert also took home The Pride Rods Big Bass Honors with a giant 9.10 lb bass. The duo walked away Saturday with $1300 and two Pride Rods.


Second place honors went to the high school duo of Jaden Parrish and Tamlyn Duff with a personal best stringer of 19.49 lbs


Rounding out the top three was the pair of Jason Carter and Bobby Shoemake. Those two brought 18.59 lbs to the scales.

Water stained; 62–66 degrees; 0.64’ high. Black bass are good on chartreuse/black soft plastics, crankbaits, and spinnerbaits. White bass are good on live minnows and watermelon jigs. Crappie are fair on minnows and green tube jigs. Bream are fair on worms. Catfish are good on nightcrawlers, liver, and cut bait.
