Fishing Report from TPWD (May 18)

GOOD. Water stained; 74 degrees; 1.01 feet low. Bass are in Summer patterns schooling up and chasing shad. Thow small crankbaits or Carolina rigs on the edges of drains points and ledges. Crappie are good brush piles with jigs and minnows. Catfish are moving out of the creek channels, mouths of creeks cut bait. Report by Lynn Atkinson, Reel Um N Guide Service.
