Outlaw Outdoors Sweet Sixteen Sunday Series Tournament

01/26/2020   7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Location
Cassels Boykin Pavilion
Zavalla, Texas

More Info
817-235-9570

Entry Fee: $165/Team
Trailering is allowed

The concept is simple. In our usual tournaments, the number of places paid depends on how many teams enter, but that is not the case in the Sweet Sixteen Tournaments. We will pay every team that weighs in over 16 pounds. Of course, it will be a tiered payout with the largest stringer winning the most money and the smallest stringer over 16 winning the least. One thing is for certain though, if you weigh in 16 or more pounds, you will get paid!

In 2019, we averaged 165 teams in each of The Sweet Sixteen Sunday Series Tournaments.

You can enter online at www.FishOutlawOutdoors.com or enter the morning of the tournament beginning at 5:30 AM.

See flyer for more details.

Fishing Report from TPWD (Jul. 2)

GOOD. Water stained; 86 degrees; 0.49 feet above pool. Freshwater is still entering the lake from the river, and water is being released. Topwater bass bite is early in the morning and evening. Bass are deeper on points, drains and humps with crankbaits and Carolina rigs. Crappie are good on brush piles, but many undersized fish and bluegill to sift through. Catfish are good in 18-20 feet of water on cut bait. A few white bass are schooling on main lake points. Cast baits to shade. Report by Captain Lynn Atkinson, Reel Um N Guide Service. Anticipate increased boater traffic this weekend as we celebrate our Nation’s Independence Day.
