"Here's a nice one caught by our guest Joseph Landry this past weekend," said Terry Sympson, Jackson Hill Park & Marina. "With near 60 degree water temps in the shallows, a little more sun and a little less wind and all hell is about to break loose."

Lake Sam Rayburn Fishing Report from TPWD (Sep. 20)

FAIR. Water stained; 86–88 degrees; 2.09’ low. Largemouth bass are fair on spinnerbaits and soft plastic worms and lizards. Some success with largemouth on top waters early & late. White bass are fair on minnows and Alabama rigs. Crappie are fair on minnows over baited holes. Catfish are good with live bait and cut bait.
