Fallen Heroes Tournament

… This picture is what our Texas Fallen Heroes tournament is really about. Roger Holt Quartermaster for the VFW Post 9313 San Augustine is shown giving words of comfort to Livingston High School Student Cody Laird after presenting him with the Dog Tags of Stuart Moore a family member killed in the war on terror.

Lake Sam Rayburn Fishing Report from TPWD (Jul. 1)

FAIR. Water stained; 82 degrees; 0.84’ low. Largemouth bass are fair, still sticking around 12-14 feet but inclusive of more structures off points and brush piles. Topwaters are great with the timing of early and low light. Jigs and Carolina rigs remain good too. White bass have slowed with minnows seeking depth. Crappie remain excellent on minnows and jigs. Catfish are good on live and stinkbait.
